Tour Reservation Policies & Procedures

  • Submit tour and date through Web.
  • Tours will be confirmed normally within 24 hours M-F. Reservations made during weekends and holidays may require up to 72 hours.  
  • Full Balance is due in person at start of tour. Payment accepted in US traveler's check or cash.
  • Cancellations made prior to 48 hours of the tour, refund less a cancellation fee of $10 USD is applicable.
  • Cancellations made within 24 hours, no refund is applicable.
  • If you do not show up or miss the tour, no refund is applicable.
  • Cruise ship passengers: if you miss the tour due to a change in the ship's schedule (i.e. not arrive at all or arrive after your tour's starting time) a full refund is applicable only if you notify Aventuras Naturales of the change at least  24 hours before the tour starting time. Must have proof of the re-schedule for full refund to apply.  All ships have e-mail and phones/faxes.
  • Under extremely bad weather conditions, tour will be rescheduled to fit your travel dates and in the event of limit stay, a full refund will be applicable. Aventuras Naturales must confirm cancellation for full refund to apply.
  • Clients must call if lost or late.
