Villa Zaz Tun is American owned and operated and located in Cozumel's premier residential area - Corpus Cristi. With a view of the beautiful Corpus Cristi Cathedral, the four one bedroom/one bath units are three blocks from the ocean front. Since we are a five-minute walk to the island's largest grocery store and a ten-minute walk from the central plaza; this a very convenient location. Villa Zaz Tun was designed and built by a local artist. These apartment/condos will sleep two to four adults and two children. The large bedroom offers one to two queen-size beds plus a single size futon while the living room area also has a single size futon and makes a comfortable living room and sleeping facility. We also have a lovely roof top porch. Very nice for morning coffee, sunsets and BBQ's. Villa Zaz Tun is completely furnished with kitchen, bottled water and includes maid service.
