The lovely vacation villa is sure to become your escape to the sun.It has 3 bedrooms each with private bath and 1/2 bath off the living room/kitchen area. There are also a couple of futons for additional sleeping alternatives.

Located in the best neighborhood on the island, Corpus Christi and close to many amenities. Enjoy cocktails on the new rooftop terrace while watching the sun set. Chedraui, the newest and largest grocery store on the island is also 2 blocks away. Downtown San Miguel with its variety of shops, restaurants and entertainment is only a short 15 minute walk from Casa Colorado.

If you plan to spend time in the house (most people don't plan to, but love the home so much, they stay in), there is a gourmet kitchen with huge breakfast counter. All utilities are new. This includes a new gas stove, BBQ, as well as full size refrigerator, stereo and tv. The house also has air conditioning for those that prefer a cooler climate.
